Roughly 1 credit per 10 KB of processed content. $10 buys 1,000 credits — enough for around 100 documents the size of a research-paper section. The same wallet works across MassiveMark, MassivePix, MassiveDiag, MassiveRef and CiteGenie. Nothing expires.
Pro features need an account so we can save your work to your wallet, track your credit balance, and let you pick up where you left off on any device. Lite remains usable without an account at /massivemark/free.
No. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You only pay when you decide to top up credits. Your card is not stored unless you ask us to.
You can keep working in MassiveMark Lite without spending any credits, or top up from your dashboard. Existing documents stay accessible — you'll just need credits before processing a new one.
Yes. Documents are processed only for you and are not used to train any AI model. You can delete any document from your dashboard at any time. We follow industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
