- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)

Claiming Your Free Credits
Step 2: Verify Your Email and Get Your Free One-time starting Credits
Upon creating a new BibCit account, you are eligible to receive free credits to test MassivePix immediately. However, you must first verify your email address to activate your account and access these credits.
2.1 Verify Your Email Address
Important: Email verification is required for all new accounts, whether you signed up manually or using Google Sign-In.
Steps to Verify:
Log in to your account at https://www.bibcit.com/en
Access Your Profile:
- Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page
- Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu
Open Profile Information:
- A profile information modal window will appear
- Look for your email address and verification status
Send Verification Link:
- Click the "Send Verification Link" button
- A verification email is sent to your registered email address
Check Your Email:
- Open your email inbox (check spam/junk folder if not visible)
- Look for an email from BibCit with subject line similar to "Verify Your Email Address"
- Click the verification link inside the email
Confirmation:
- You'll be redirected to a confirmation page
- Your email is now verified ✓
- Free credits are automatically added to your account
📌 Note: If you signed up with Google, you still need to complete this verification step to activate your free credits.
2.2 Check Your Credit Balance
Once your email is verified, you can view your available credits:

2.3 Need More Credits?
If you've used your free credits and need more:
Go to My Dashboard > Payment
Navigate to: https://www.bibcit.com/en/my-dashboard and click Payment in the sidebarSelect a Credit Package:
- 1,000 credits = $10
- 5,000 credits = $50 (+500 bonus credits)
- 10,000 credits = $100 (+1,500 bonus credits)
- 25,000 credits = $250 (+5,000 bonus credits)
Complete Payment:
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) - Recommended

- Enter payment details and confirm

Converting Your First Document
Step 3: Upload and Convert Your File
Now that you have credits, let's convert your first document!
3.1 Access MassivePix
- Go to https://www.bibcit.com/en/massivepix
- Ensure you're logged in (check top-right corner for your profile name)
3.2 Upload Your File
Method A: Click to Browse
- Click "Drag & drop or Choose file to upload"
- A file selector modal opens
- Navigate to your file location
- Select your file (PNG, JPG, WEBP, or PDF)
- Click "Open"
Method B: Drag & Drop
- Drag your image or PDF file directly onto the upload area labeled "Drag & drop or Choose file to upload"
- Drop when you see the highlighted zone turn orange
Accepted File Requirements:
- Maximum file size: Typically 50MB per file
- Supported formats: WEBP, PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF
- Multi-page PDFs: Each page counts as 1 credit
3.3 Start Conversion
File Upload Confirmation:
- You'll see a preview or filename confirmation
- Tip: If you selected the incorrect file, click the "change file" icon in the top-right corner above the file preview to upload a different file
Click "Proceed"
- The system begins processing immediately
- A progress indicator modal appears showing conversion status
Processing Time:
- Images: 10-30 seconds per page
- PDFs: 20-60 seconds per page
- Complex documents with heavy math/tables may take longer
Wait for Completion:
- Stay on the page or check back later
- Tip: You can leave the page and come back later. Your converted file will be available in My Dashboard > My Documents
- A notification appears when conversion is complete
- Once conversion is completed, you will see options: "Go to My Dashboard" or "Start New"
Choose Your Next Action:
Once conversion is completed, you will see two options:
- "Go to My Dashboard" - Click this to navigate directly to your dashboard where you can view, edit, or download your converted document
- "Start New" - Click this to convert another file immediately without leaving the MassivePix page
Downloading Your Converted Document
Step 4: Export to Your Preferred Format
You have two ways to download your converted document:
Option A: Direct Download from Dashboard (No Editing Needed)
Perfect for: When you want the converted document immediately without making changes.
Steps:
Navigate to My Dashboard:
Go to https://www.bibcit.com/en/my-dashboardFind Your Converted Document:
- Look in "My Documents" section
- Your recently converted MassivePix files appear here
Access Download Options:
- Locate your document in the list
- Click the three dots (⋮) menu next to the document name
- A dropdown menu appears with format options
Select Your Preferred Format:
- Download as DOCX - Microsoft Word format (fully editable)
- Download as PDF - Print-ready, non-editable format
- Download as Markdown - Plain-text markup format (.md)
File Downloads Automatically:
- Your browser downloads the file instantly
- Check your Downloads folder

Auto-Save:

- Give your document a name
- It's stored in My Dashboard > My Documents for you to access/edit anytime or generate a share link using the share toggle and copy public share URL

Steps to Download:
- From MassiveMark Editor:
- Click the "Download" button under the MassiveMark editor area (to your left hand side)
- Select "Download as DOCX" from the dropdown
- File downloads instantly to your default downloads folder
- Navigate to your Downloads folder
- Double-click the file to open in Word/Google Docs
- Edit further if needed
Tip Default filename is auto-generated based on content. You can rename after download

- Click "Download" > "Download as PDF"

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Issue 1: "Not Enough Credits" Error
Symptom:
You see a message like "Insufficient credits" or "Credit balance too low" when trying to convert.
Cause:
Your account doesn't have enough credits for the conversion.

- View your current credit count at the top
Calculate Required Credits:

You're prompted to sign up or log in when trying to access MassivePix.

Create an Account:

- Enter your credentials or use Google Sign-In
Verify Your Email (if applicable):
- Check your inbox for verification email

Try Again:
Once logged in, refresh the MassivePix page and upload your file
📌 Note: There is no way to use MassivePix without an account. It's free to sign up!
Issue 3: File Upload Fails or Gets Stuck

- Maximum size: ~50MB per file
B. Unsupported File Format
